Become a Sherpa
Lead Destiny 2 raids, dungeons, Trials of Osiris, Grandmaster Nightfalls, exotic missions and seal runs, or coach players one-on-one. Every Guardian Sherpa job is self-play: the customer plays on their own account and you carry them in your fireteam.
Get paid to play the games you're best at. You pick jobs from a live board, play on your own schedule, and earn 70% of every order you finish plus 100% of customer tips, paid out by PayPal only once the customer's 48-hour report window has closed and we've confirmed the job was played fairly. Applying takes about 6 to 8 minutes.

Who can apply
- You are 18 or older and can show a government photo ID.
- You are an experienced Destiny 2 endgame player with multiple clears of every raid or dungeon you want to Sherpa, shown on public stat pages we can check (raid.report, dungeon.report, trials.report, destinytracker or your Bungie.net profile). Trials Sherpas need Flawless runs; Grandmaster Sherpas need GM clears.
- Your Bungie account is clean: no bans or restrictions, no cheats, macros or lag switching, no account sharing, bought accounts or recovery services.
- You work self-play only. The customer plays on their own account in your fireteam. Sherpas never ask for a customer's login, password or sign-in code.
- You give calm, clear callouts and teach mechanics patiently. Raid Sherpas must have a working microphone.
- You have a PayPal account that can receive payouts in your country, and you work as an independent contractor (ID check and a W-9 or W-8BEN before your first job).
How approval works
- Apply and confirm your email with the link we send you. We only review confirmed applications.
- Automatic check: right after you confirm, we look up your Bungie Name and public stat pages (raid clears, dungeon clears, Trials and Flawless history) and check everything we require. If something is wrong, we email you exactly what to fix and a link to fix it. Unfixed applications are deleted after 30 days.
- Review: an admin only sees your application once every required item is complete and passes our checks. Only then can an admin approve or deny it, usually within 2 to 3 days. We read your callout answer closely and may ask for a short screen-share or a trial run of an encounter.
- Verify: if you pass, log in, upload a photo of your ID, a selfie holding it, and your W-9 or W-8BEN, turn on two-step login, and connect PayPal.
- Start Sherpa-ing: the job board opens for the activities you proved. We review your first carries closely.
